Q1. Why is my order stuck on “pending”?

Q1A: If your order is pending, that just means we’re still working on filling it for you. We’re moving as fast as we can to deliver your favorite snacks.

Q2. Why was I charged a $7.25 Fee?

Q2A: A $7.25 fee is triggered when an order gets canceled by the customer en route. The $7.25 fee is to compensate the driver and restock the items.

Q3. I didn’t get everything in my order, what now?

We apologize if any of your items are missing. Let us make it right. Please send us an email using the contact form below. Be sure to include your order number and let us know which items you didn’t receive. A member of our team will help asap.

Q4. Does Snackz App accept cash?

Q4A: Yep! We accept cash, credit, and debit.

Q5. Is Snackz App available for Android? 

Q5A: Snackz App for Android app isn’t yet published, but it’s COMING SOON. You can order on our website using an android or iPhone .

Q6. Do you deliver in other areas? 

For now, Snackz App is only offering snack and food delivery in Northeast Philadelphia, Cheltenham ,PA, Willow Grove , PA, Bensalem , PA, North Philadelphia , and Levittown PA.

Q7. How much is Snackz App Delivery Fee ?

Q7A. Snackz App charge a flat fee of $3.00 for delivery . The delivery fees is waived for orders over $35 . Subject to change !

Q8. How fast does Snackz App Deliver ?

Q8A. All orders are delivered within 15-60 minutes .
